At Sloomoo Institute, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as our slime; if you are not satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and custom-made items are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
